At Vexoe, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free Return Policy within 30 days period. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. How to Make a Return?

Return Process

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team here within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of shipping for damaged or defective items.
Final Sale Items

Late Refunds or Not Refunded
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Partial Refund
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
